Golden Finance reported that the EU-US Joint Financial Regulatory Forum was held last week, and participants exchanged views on topics of common interest as part of the regular financial regulatory dialogue between the two sides. The dialogue was hosted by the European Commission and the US Treasury Department. During the forum, participants discussed digital finance and crypto assets, focusing on regulatory cooperation and the implementation of the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act and the Crypto Asset Market (MiCA) Regulation. Both sides emphasized the importance of international cooperation on issues related to crypto assets, including stablecoins, and stressed the need to continue to coordinate the international payment agenda to support financial stability and market integrity.
