RWA tokenization project Mantra Chain will tokenize $500 million worth of assets of Dubai-based real estate developer MAG Group. Mantra will tokenize the assets in multiple batches, and the first part will include Keturah Reserve, a residential project built by MAG in Meydan, Dubai, and a $75 million mega-mansion built at the Ritz-Carlton Residences development in Creekside, Dubai. Investors receive 8% stablecoin returns and Mantra's OM tokens. In March this year, Mantra completed a $11 million financing. (CoinDesk)
