According to TechFlow, the Layer 1 blockchain platform Chromia plans to launch the minimum viable product version (MVP) of its mainnet on July 16 to establish the core functions of the network. Chromia aims to make it easier to build Web3 applications through its SQL-like programming language Rell.

The mainnet will bridge its native token CHR for core functions such as staking delegation and network hosting fee payment. CHR is an Ethereum ERC-20 token and a BEP-20 asset on BNB Chain. Chromia co-founder Alex Mizrahi said that the launch of the mainnet is not only a technical milestone, but also a beginning with great potential.
