According to TechFlow, Arkham monitoring shows that the suspected Ethereum Foundation address (0xd7...c1f4) sold 100 ETH for 343,934 DAI through Cow Protocol at 16:48 (UTC+8) on July 2.
Based on historical operation records, it is expected that these funds will be transferred to other Ethereum Foundation addresses. Since the beginning of this year, this address has sold ETH for DAI through Cow Protocol almost every few weeks, generally in quantities of 50, 100 and 200 ETH.
