Wu said that the Aptos Foundation has proposed to deploy Aave V3 to the Aptos mainnet as part of the Aave open governance process. Aave Labs has built the integration code and deployed it to the Aptos testnet. If approved, this will be the first time Aave has been deployed to a non-EVM blockchain.
