🚀 Important crypto industry news: SEC sues Consensys, MiCA goes live, VanEck files for first US ETF on Solana, and Bitcoin ETFs see small inflows.

🔹 The SEC has sued Ethereum developer Consensys over its staking services and wallet on MetaMask. This happened immediately after the SEC closed its investigation into Ethereum 2.0.

🔹 The phase launch of MiCA began in the European Union on June 30. Regulation of stablecoins will come into force from the beginning of July.

🔹 Bitcoin ETFs entered their third week of network outflows, recording $174.5 million in negative network flows on June 24th. However, a positive shift was seen on June 25 when Bitcoin ETFs recorded their first inflow of $31 million in a week.

🔹 VanEck filed for the first US ETF on Solana. Following news of the filing, Solana jumped 8%.
