🤓 The court dismissed part of the SEC's charges against Binance and Changpeng Zhao
A judge has dismissed part of a lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against cryptocurrency exchange Binance and its founder Changpeng Zhao.
In particular, the court granted Binance and Zhao's motion to dismiss the charges related to the secondary sales of BNB and the Simple Earn service.
The SEC case regarding the ICO, BNB resale, BNB Vault, staking services, denial of registration and non-compliance with anti-fraud regulations will continue.
The same applies to Binance US.
The judge scheduled a hearing for July 9.
