According to Techub News, The Block quoted sources as saying that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission returned the S-1 form to the potential Ethereum ETF issuer with only a few comments. The issuer has been asked to process these comments and resubmit them by July 8. Sources pointed out that after the form is returned, it will not be the final declaration. This means that at least one more round of declarations will be required before the ETF finally starts trading.
