According to TechFlow, Coindesk reported that a federal judge dismissed part of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) lawsuit against the cryptocurrency trading platform Binance and its founder CZ. The SEC’s charges against Binance’s initial coin offering and ongoing sales of BNB, BNB Vault, staking services, unregistration, and fraud can proceed.

The judge granted Binance and CZ’s motion to dismiss charges related to secondary BNB sales and Simple Earn.
