According to The Block, Peter Thiel, a top Silicon Valley investor and co-founder of Founders Fund, confirmed that he still holds Bitcoin and reiterated that he wishes he had bought more Bitcoin earlier.

When Thiel was asked in an interview with CNBC on Thursday whether he had sold any Bitcoin, he stated: “I still have some Bitcoin. I didn’t buy as much as I should have.” However, Thiel was not very optimistic about Bitcoin’s price potential, adding: “I’m not sure it’s going to go up a lot from here.”

Founders Fund reportedly began investing in Bitcoin in 2014 and earned $1.8 billion from sales before the market crashed in 2022. Thiel has been a long-term supporter of Bitcoin, but is cautious about its future price trends.
