A lawyer working with one of the issuers also said that the approval process is currently "in the final stage" and approval "may not exceed one or two weeks."

Eric Balchunas, a Bloomberg ETF analyst who had accurately predicted the issuance time of Bitcoin futures/spot ETFs, also optimistically predicted in the middle of this month that the SEC is likely to formally approve these ETFs next week and advance his predicted listing date for the Ethereum spot ETF to "July 2".
