At Binance, we're committed to making trading more accessible and efficient. One recent feature that we are proud of for its simplicity and effectiveness is futures copy trading, which allows users to copy the strategies of more experienced traders.

Based on this, we are pleased to introduce Recommendations, a new tool designed to make futures copy trading even easier to use. This update makes it easier to find and track top traders with an incredibly easy-to-navigate "Swipe and Open" interface. 

The launch of Recommendations highlights our commitment to improve the user experience by providing easy access to expert trading information. Read on to learn more about this intuitive tool for learning and interacting with the world of cryptocurrency futures!

What is futures copy trading?

Copy trading is a feature of Binance Futures that allows users to automatically copy trades of more experienced traders (top traders). Here's how it works: when a lead trader executes a trade, the same trade is copied to the account of the person who chose to copy the trader, depending on the proportional size of the investment. This means that if the lead trader makes a profit, so does the copy trader (and vice versa for losses). 

This is especially attractive for those new to futures trading or those who want to benefit from the experience of experienced traders without spending a lot of time searching and making deals on their own. The need for innovation in copy trading

Since we launched copytrading in October 2023, we have noticed one particular challenge for new users: the sheer volume of information available! With countless top traders to choose from, it can take a long time to find the one whose skills and track record best match a user's preferences. This barrier is exacerbated if the interface is not as user-friendly as possible, making the process of selecting a lead trader more difficult than it needs to be. 

Information is critical when it comes to trading digital assets, and users need clear and concise information to make choices that suit their goals. Recognizing these challenges, we felt the need to update our copy trading solution by simplifying the selection process, prioritizing and improving the user experience.

Introducing "Recommendations": help in finding the most profitable leading traders

Futures Copy Trading Referrals feature is designed to make it easier for users to connect with top cryptocurrency traders. It simplifies the process of finding leading traders whose trades can be copied using an incredibly simple and user-friendly interface. 

With a simple swipe mechanism, users can quickly and easily browse the profiles of leading traders. Swipe right to add a top trader to your favorites and you can easily return to their profile later, or swipe left and you'll go to the next profile. 

This intuitive interface makes exploring profiles fun and informative, encouraging users to actively discover and explore different strategies and outcomes.

The Recommendations feature also makes it easy to view detailed portfolio performance for each top trader. Users can view performance history, trading strategies, risk management techniques and more, all aimed at providing a transparent and informative overview. It allows users to make more informed decisions about who to copy based on important data.

Finally, users should notice that this advanced integration allows them to easily click [Test] to test trade with virtual funds, or [Copy] to trade directly. Test Trade allows users to practice copy trading in a realistic virtual learning environment without investing real funds. 

Walkthrough: How to use Recommendations

Using the Recommendations feature on Binance Futures is very easy. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to get you started.

1. Log in to your Binance Futures account (on a mobile device). This feature is designed for mobile devices, so you first need to access your Binance account via a mobile device. Then go to the Futures section. Make sure you have the necessary settings for futures trading.

2. Go to "Recommendations". Look for the "Recommendations" feature at the bottom of the copy trading homepage. It is clearly marked and easy to find.

3. Start scrolling. In the "Recommendations" section, you will see the profiles of leading traders. Swipe right if you want to learn more about them or maybe copy their deals. Swipe left to move to the next trader.

4. Use test trading or copy trading. In the trader's portfolio, you can try a test trade with virtual funds or immediately start copy trading. Test trading is a great way to practice without financial risk.

5. Manage your favorites. Traders you swiped right on are added to your favorites. You can return to these profiles at any time to review or adjust your copy trading options.

By following these steps, you can effectively navigate the Recommendations section and make informed decisions about who to follow and learn from on Binance Futures.
