So to use Binance to buy and sell BRL or #dólar ,
I would have to use $USDT / $USDC or another CRYPTOCURRENCY that has a fixed value in dollars.

1 dollar, converted to BRL, is 5.36.

So if I bought 1,000 dollars in BRL, I would have 5,360 (R$)

If I waited for that value to rise to 5.46, the initial 5,360 would become 5,460, correct?

Yes, it would...
But don't forget that 1 dollar is more than 5 in the value of the Brazilian currency, so an increase of 100 BRL is 18.31 dollars.

The point of all this I've said is that 10 Brazilian currency cents are worth less than 2 cents in dollars, and this applies to almost all currencies around the world.

And another reason I say it's NOT WORTH IT is that you'll never know when it will go up or down.
Regardless of whether you're converting dollars to euros or euros to another currency, the result will be almost the same.
Because there's no precision in knowing whether you'll make profits or losses, and there's no fixed time for return. (It could take several days)

Unlike cryptocurrencies, I'll mention $XRP as an example, which goes up or down by cents of a dollar every day, and with #daytrading you can almost daily achieve profits.
