According to Odaily, Franklin Templeton has submitted a revised S-1 filing for its Ethereum spot ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday. The filing reveals that the ETF will only charge customers an annual fee of 0.19%, which is significantly lower than the rates assessed by its global competitors that are already listed. In addition, the fund has also pledged to waive all sponsor fees for the first $10 billion in the six months following the listing of the fund.
