In 2022, we welcomed 200 interns worldwide through our Binance Accelerator Program (BAP).

About BAP
The paid program typically lasts three to six months and enables Binance interns to experience working in a hardcore Web3 environment and learn the ropes within their specialty. Last year we welcomed BAP interns working in a variety of departments, including Tech, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, NFT, Pay, and Card. These interns had first-hand experience in Web3 and the opportunity to take charge of Binance-internal projects.
To give you an idea of what interning at Binance might look like, here’s an insight into the personal experiences of two current Marketing interns.
“The types of projects we have been involved in range from running marketing campaigns, helping with events, and analyzing markets or product data to writing content, delivering pizzas to our influencers, and contributing to the development of our products,” shared Luca.
Alex remarked: “There is no typical day at Binance – projects and requests differ from month to month, sometimes even week to week! An internship at one of the world’s leading Web3 companies is exactly what it says on the tin – challenging, exciting, and rewarding.”

About AMP
After a rigorous selection process, students from top-tier universities across the globe will join Binance for ten weeks full-time, learning the ropes at various departments like Marketing, Customer Service, and Binance Academy.

From the beginning, AMP interns will be shadowing full-time Binancians who can impart deep knowledge about all things Web3 and soft skills, including problem-solving, communication, project management, navigation of cultures, and leadership. Binancians are highly-collaborative, so you can expect to gain a wealth of knowledge through open communication with your mentors.

With each department rotation, we hope our interns can gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of Binance and discover where their true passion lies.

When you shadow senior managers, you can gain more insight into their daily tasks and develop an informed opinion on how you can best contribute to the organization. Some of you may even discover your natural talent for a particular department as you learn the ropes.

Selection Process
Depending on the program, candidates must pass a comprehensive recruitment process, which may include the following:
An online/ take-home assessment
Interviews with a Talent Acquisition (TA)/ HR specialist/ Hiring Manager/ Business Unit lead and and Cross-Functional stakeholders
