US SEC has approved exchange applications to list spot #Ethereum ETFs

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved 19b-4 forms for ETFs from BlackRock, VanEck, Fidelity, Grayscale, Bitwise, Ark, Invesco Galaxy, and Franklin Templeton. The exchange applications sought #SEC approval for a rule change to list new products, but the issuers still need SEC approval for their #ETF registration statements, which include investor disclosures, before trading can commence.
