They're exploring EIP3074 and EIP5003 to move existing wallets, and collaborating closely with Coinbase (and other big apps) to switch them to smart wallets.
In simple terms, they're linking Coinbase to an on-chain wallet. This means you'll be able to trade any on-chain token listed on BASE using Coinbase.
