After a very exciting quarter for Real World Asset, I see some interesting new updates, please refer to them
1. Trend of assetization on blockchains
- Large asset managers tend to issue assets on public chains such as BlackRock (#Ethereum) and Franklin Templeton #Stellar& #Polygon) which is still on an increasing trend but has not yet dramatically increased.
- Recently with public information from @Figure, this protocol operating on the @provenancefdn blockchain surpassed 7 billion assets, making this blockchain the largest public blockchain tokenizing assets currently (both without tokens). )
- Additionally Tether and Paxos, famous for their USD stablecoins, also offer tokenized gold products. Their tokenized gold, $PAXG and $XAUT, have a total value in excess of 824M$. Notably, both allow token holders to exchange their tokens for physical gold.
- BlackRock's $BUIDL fund becomes the fund owning tokenized securities with the largest assets with more than 400M$, surpassing the number 1 position from Franklin's $FOBXX with 355M$, far surpassing $OUSG and $USDY of $ONDO
2. Steady development of $CFG
- TVL of @centrifuge#CFGis growing steadily despite the gloom of the market
- Recently @GnosisDAO invested another 1M$ $USDC into Anemoy Liquid Treasury Fund (US T-Bills) pool on #Centrifuge, in addition Gnosis Assets Holding I Foundation passed vote GIP-94 to provide CFG with a framework legal framework for real-world asset allocation
3.#Figureand blockchain giant #Provenance
- As I mentioned at the beginning, Figure appears like a god in the Private Credit segment when it has ten times more assets than the rest (7 billion USD while the total remaining is only over 500 million).
- Blockchain Provenance is the main blockchain used by this protocol. This blockchain has been running for a long time but does not yet have a public token. It seems like both Figure and Prvenance protocols will not have tokens, I will keep an eye out
4. Leader @OndoFinance
- Currently $ONDO is still leading the RWA field in terms of Mcap, ONDO's TVL volume is also growing steadily
- Ondo launched stablecoin $USDY on Ethereum, Solana, Mantle and Sui, which later surpassed TVL 230M$. In addition, $OUSG also brings sustainable and safe development with the US Government Bond Fund
5. Other projects
- @ClearpoolFin project has good development when reaching over 500M$ total loan, the number of $CPOOL holders also exceeds 10,000 wallets
- @superstatefunds asset management fund launches Superstate short-term US Government Securities Fund (USTB) and its AUM also exceeds 100M$
- Projects like $MPL, $GFI,... are still developing products, but the data I haven't seen is anything remarkable.
- Traditional large funds are encroaching a lot on RWA, but it seems that they want to swallow this piece of the cake, crypto-related projects are also trying to develop
