April 27, 2024: Ripple may file a motion for judgment on the merits.
May 23, 2024: The SEC may file a response to Ripple's petition.
June 14, 2024: Ripple may request additional evidence from the SEC.
June 26, 2024: SEC may provide additional evidence of Ripple.
July 19, 2024: Ripple may make its final submission to the court.
August 9, 2024: The SEC may make its final submission to the court.
