Some thoughts on the Fed’s interest rate cuts
Will it drop? It will definitely drop, but not directly. The purpose of raising interest rates is to harvest, but the harvest has not been completed yet. If it is directly lowered, all the previous efforts of the Fed will be in vain.
We do not rule out the possibility of lowering it once and then again. Be wary of the Fed's machinations.
The longer the current high interest rates continue, the more detrimental it will be to the market and reduce liquidity.
