馃敟Microstrategy doesn't stop! The company makes a new purchase of Bitcoins 馃殌
The business intelligence company, #MicroStrategy , has acquired 1,070 #BTC for an approximate cost of $101 million dollars, at an average price of $94,000 dollars for each #bitcoin .
As expected, the company has sold 319,586 shares between the periods of December 30 and 31, coinciding with the purchase amount of the #bitcoins . Microstrategy still holds shares for sale, as part of its strategy to acquire more Bitcoins in the future.
As of today, the company owns 447,470 BTC, which maintain an average price of $62,503 for each Bitcoin. This amount is equivalent to 2.1% of the total Bitcoin supply of 21 million.
