Over 15 billion USD from FTX flowed into the market on January 6, generating a large amount of buying activity and pre-heating speculation, and it is difficult for significant drops to occur before Trump moves into the White House on January 20.
On January 10, the U.S. unemployment rate will be announced. The expected value has not yet been released, and of course, the unemployment rate data will look good, but it is inevitable that before the announcement, the market may panic and seek safe havens, which no one knows. The real decline will happen when 1.20 turns from positive to negative, causing a rapid drop in a week.
If I had to say whether it will break below 92,000, or even 90,000. I personally think it is possible, note that my wording is 'possible', the probability may not be high, and it certainly does not mean it will happen. After all, 1.20 is getting closer, so even if there is risk aversion before the unemployment rate, the drop starting from 96,000 is still different from starting from 94,000. Moreover, from an on-chain perspective, there are strong buy orders at 90,000 and 92,000.
In my opinion, breaking below 90,000 is not frightening. I have said that Bitcoin will not crash significantly, with very limited downward movement. What is scary is the altcoins; if altcoins follow suit, then users trading contracts in the short term will be in danger. Recently, I have been feeling a strong sense that AI+ is coming on strong, and after two years of brewing from 2023 to 2024, it may start to explode with visible power from 2025. Under the leadership of AI16Z, ALCH, SWARMS, ELIZA, ZEREBRO, etc., are all surging. Once the valuation ceiling of AI is opened by AI16Z and VIRTUAL, the market will re-evaluate and set new expectations, so it will definitely be higher in the future.
In the crypto space, VC coins are no longer active, and MEME coins are losing interest; the wealth effect will be siphoned off. As for blue-chip projects in old DEFI, they might be good, but newcomers might not need to go there. Making money does not depend on bull or bear markets, only on the targets. 3. There is no need to worry about new projects constantly replacing old projects in the AI AGENT track.
