This cooperation aims to leverage both parties' expertise and resources to identify business opportunities based on blockchain technology and maximize synergy.
Both parties plan to promote the following cooperation:
Jointly explore business opportunities in the digital asset market;
Share experiences and knowledge in the field of blockchain technology;
Conduct business cooperation in the virtual asset custody market.
In addition, Woori Bank has also acquired shares in BDACS, with the specific shareholding ratio and investment amount yet to be disclosed. The head of Woori Bank's Digital Strategy Group stated that through cooperation with BDACS, they will explore the possibility of creating new financial services in the digital asset market, aiming to provide customer-centric innovative services.
