Bitcoin has entered a strong expectation of a 'U.S. Bitcoin Strategic Reserve,' and other minor data can no longer influence the direction of the bull and bear markets.

Given that the 'Bitcoin Strategic Reserve' is not a trivial topic and cannot be executed immediately by a whim of the U.S. President, we will not see its implementation right away. Based on the current administrative orders or legislative processes in the country, if Trump wants to implement the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve, he would need to immediately have the cryptocurrency committee conduct policy research and feasibility assessments after taking office, and then formally propose a plan. Following this, there are two paths:

Path One: Presidential Executive Order (fastest by the second half of 2025)

Path Two: Congressional Legislation (fastest by the second half of 2026)
