Japan's financial giant SBI Group has been really busy lately! Their cryptocurrency subsidiary "SBI VC Trade" is about to take over DMM Bitcoin Exchange, all because DMM faced a $305 million hacker attack in 2024! The transfer plan is expected to be completed by March 8, 2025, marking the imminent end of DMM's liquidation process. The good news is that customers' accounts will be automatically transferred to SBI VC, without the need to re-register, and they will also enjoy an additional 14 cryptocurrencies, making investments more interesting!
