CF Benchmarks expects a rapid redistribution of capital in the spot crypto fund market

By 2025, the spot crypto fund market map may change dramatically. According to CF Benchmarks, investment consultants may become the main players in this area, displacing hedge funds.

Since January 2023, the American market began to actively offer tools for investing in bitcoin without physical storage. Over the past year, the volume of capital in bitcoin ETFs has grown to $36 billion, with hedge funds and investment consultants already occupying a significant share: 45.3% and 28%, respectively. By 2025, their influence may double.

Interest in Ethereum ETFs and the tokenization of real assets will also grow, which will lead to an increase in demand for SOL. At the same time, competition among stablecoins will intensify: RLUSD and USDG tokens may challenge the leadership of USDT.
