When will it be the turn of altcoins to rise? ???
Bitcoin has reached a new high, but altcoins are generally in a correction phase, especially those on CEXs, with nine out of ten seeing declines.
Although the total market capitalization of the cryptocurrency market has surpassed 3.9 trillion, reaching a new high, this is mainly due to Bitcoin's contribution, with Bitcoin's market share also exceeding 57.38%. The funding rates on major CEXs do not support altcoins to continue rising, generally remaining below 0.01%. Typically, a funding rate above 0.01% indicates a bullish market, while below indicates a bearish market.
Ethereum has performed better than most altcoins, but the ETH/BTC exchange rate is still declining. However, last week, the inflow of funds into Ethereum ETFs reached $850 million, setting a historical weekly high, indicating that off-market sentiment towards ETH is improving. Several institutions are predicting that Ethereum will reach an all-time high (ATH) before the end of the year. I also think this is not a big issue, as long as the Ethereum Foundation does not create any disruptions, reaching ATH is just a matter of time.
The turnover period for ETH has passed, and this week marks the acceleration phase. First, let ETH create upward space, and then altcoins will follow. The eyes of ETH in the rally have become much clearer!
Although currently Bitcoin dominates the market, many people have once again lost confidence in altcoins, but I am very optimistic about the future:
This is just the beginning! From December to March, there will be several rounds of positive news driving the upward trend. Don't be influenced by those bears who are always predicting a drop to 80k or 70k, or a super black swan event. If you are so bearish in a bull market, I advise you to exit early and stop playing.
There have been slight adjustments in altcoins these past few days, but after the adjustments, they will continue to rebound. In this situation, it is not advisable to chase high-priced coins; instead, look for strong coins that have adjusted for a month or experienced a sharp decline, as there are significant opportunities.
