Today is the second day of the Binance Okinawa event, and many bloggers I have seen online have also met offline. Sometimes, I really feel that it might be better not to meet, as it can overturn many previous impressions and create a contrast.

1. The rebate for bringing orders is indeed profitable. From the information gathered on-site, the current highest rebate record for Chinese-speaking bloggers in BN is larger than the asset management scale of many funds, and it is still an individual, not a group. Many high-level KOLs can earn between $100,000 and $200,000 annually just from this.

2. Bloggers who do research and analysis, or practitioners like me, are truly struggling workers. Although I know many people in the industry and have a lot of information about project parties and VCs, compared to rebate masters, the income level is really several levels lower.

3. Previously, I thought that the square and order-following functions on Binance were about the limit of the social section. Today I learned that they are testing a chat room, which includes order-following push notifications and paid group entry functions. This is equivalent to opening many features that paid bloggers need. It is estimated that there will be many paid WeChat groups that will move to the Binance APP.

4. This time I finally experienced the usage scenarios of Binance Pay and red envelopes. Last night, in three Texas hold'em games, I didn’t go because I didn’t know how to play. As a result, this morning, I saw in the group chat that they had been sending red envelope codes all night. They sent one each time they played a game, resulting in probably hundreds of transfer records.

5. Many bloggers on-site expressed optimism about the BNB Chain. Indeed, several top-tier projects on it have been disclosing financing recently. Compared to projects of the same level on Ethereum, BNB Chain projects generally have KOL rounds. For example, Kernel, which just disclosed $10 million in financing, has many bloggers participating around it, with a valuation of $90 million.

6. Currently, I have found that many project parties and funds want to hire major KOLs to enhance their image. However, the salary conditions offered are much lower than the returns brought by the part-time rebates or KOL rounds of major KOLs. Some KOLs with entrepreneurial experience also establish their own advertising companies or paid communities, earning thousands of dollars a month. Therefore, it is difficult to get these people to return to work or join projects as CMO.

7. I also want to debunk a rumor. Many people in the community said that this event was Binance giving out big gold gifts. In fact, when I opened that gift, it was just a small gold shell, possibly containing less than 1 gram of gold. However, the packaging is indeed very good, so this item feels more like a gesture of goodwill, and its real cost is around $50.

8. Many bloggers who chatted frequently online turned out to be socially anxious when meeting offline, making the conversation quite awkward. However, back in the room, they could chat passionately online again. Before the event, there were some opposing views, and online threats to each other, but this time meeting offline, everyone shook hands amicably. Thus, today was spent peacefully.

The above is the second day of the current event schedule. According to plan, I will continue to update. Thank you for reading, thank you!
