PANews, November 26 - According to a report from PR Newswire, NASDAQ-listed company Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. announced the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary NM Data Inc., which will primarily focus on developing and acquiring Bitcoin mining facilities. The company has signed an agreement to invest $3 million in the Bitcoin mining company Future Tech.
It is reported that the initial investment for this transaction is $200,000, and an additional $2.8 million will be paid within twelve months after the initial closing. After the transaction is completed, NM Data will own 51% of Future Tech's equity.
