Tether minted #USDT continuously recently?

Just minted another 1 billion on Ethereum. Since November 6, Tether has minted 10 billion USDT on both Ethereum and Tron, giving $BTC another ATH boost.

But Tether CEO said right below that it hasn't been released yet.
