traders should take operations that are opposite to the news and consistent with the market direction.
That is:
News has no effect on the market, bullish news cannot cause prices to rise, and bearish news cannot cause prices to fall. If prices should rise but don’t, they will fall, and if prices should fall but don’t, they will rise.
