1. Don’t go all in one coin
2. Never ever try to keep catching falling knife by averaging at small dips
3. Cut the loss by setting proper SL
4. Don’t blindly believe in backers. If circulating supply is 80-90% then you can have faith on these partnerships. (They do get cheap tokens so obviously they gonna book profit)
5. Do not buy at the top. Always remember ‘market always gives a chance’ - pump is followed by quick profit booking which gives decent opportunity to enter.

Most importantly… its down by 60-80% right?
But btc rally can help it recover….. but you know you can be recovered if you are on SPOT. If you used margin and got liquidated then your money will be 0 even if that dumped coin pumps to 100x in future.

Ah… don’t worry, this is normal in crypto world. Here maximum risk is 100% whereas profit probability is unlimited.

You just need to follow some steps,

1. Never ever touch the token which has less circulation supply vs total supply ratio.

Why?

When there is 10% in circulation, you are the one on whom rest 90% tokens dump will affect.

2. If you’re down 30% in top 20 alts, stay strong. When you’re down that much in top 20…. Imagine how much % people lost in out of top 20 coins… they pump hard they crash hard.

3. Our final aim is to create wealth. Why to chase gains over risk?

Let it grow slowly slowly. You know compounding is 7th wonder of universe.

4. Say no to over leveraging (margins)

5. Stay away from meme token scams. Prefer top meme coins if you really want them in your bag. (Lots of rugpull happening here)

Investment advice…!!!

Seeing lots of newbie moves around the twitter and binance square market.

First tip: don’t believe in so called influencers.
Why? Most of them get a token in return to promote or they may have invested in private sales. Just to dump their bag they shill them hard. Ofcourse if it’s top 20 coin then it doesn’t matter but don’t blindly invest in their newly shilled tokens

Else what? Else you will keep posting that loss occurred in that coin and ask everyone what should i do and keep crying.

Second tip: don’t use margins. Even 2x margin and 50% down makes you 0. Whereas 50% down and then 1000% up in spot gives you 400% gain.

For example
Token price is : 100$

Alice buys it at 2x margin. Token dumps to 50% (token price now 50$) and then pumps 1000%(500$) in next 3 years

Alice will lose on first dump as he will be liquidated. Then from even if dumped price 50$ pumps to 500$ alice will have 0 money as he is out of the game because of liquidation.

Bob invest same money in spot… losses 50% in dump but keep holding on spot. And takes full ride of 50$ to 500$ so he makes (500 sell price -100 buy price) so he still makes 400% gain.

- So pennies can be turned in dollars.
- 0 can’t be turned in 1 even if its multiply by 10000x gains

Invest wisely. Grow slowly. Don’t chase for overnight profit.
