1. Native Coin Support: Enabling the use of native blockchain tokens (e.g., BNB, ETH) for governance pools, significantly expanding DeXe's reach and potential use cases across various blockchain ecosystems.

2. Gas Optimization: The upgrade introduces innovative gas optimization techniques, such as using Merkle Tree proofs to whitelist users in "Token Sale" proposals. This optimization significantly reduces gas fees for users, making the protocol more accessible and cost-efficient.

3. Enhanced 'Token Sale' Features: The proposal includes several enhancements to "Token Sale" proposals, granting users greater control and customization options. These enhancements allow for modifications before the sale starts and permission adjustments before it ends, improving the overall user experience.
