🔼The developers of Worldcoin are aiming to partner with PayPal and OpenAI, according to a report from Bloomberg.

This iris-scanning crypto project rewards users with WLD tokens in exchange for scanning their irises.

While specific details of the partnerships remain unclear, the project has previously collaborated with cybersecurity firm Okta Inc.

Worldcoin is set to release an Ethereum Layer 2 solution called World Chain in the summer of 2024, aiming to streamline user onboarding and prioritize verified human users over bots.

However, the project has faced opposition from certain countries like Spain, Portugal, and Kenya, which have blocked iris scanning.

Despite this, Worldcoin boasts nearly 5.1 million sign-ups across 120 countries. Sam Altman, chairman and co-founder of Tools for Humanity, the developer behind Worldcoin, also serves as the co-chair of OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT.#WLD: #wordlcoin #BullorBear
