Altcoin Price Falls as Plan Postponed

Uniswap Foundation, which manages the decentralized trading platform Uniswap, has postponed UNI staking.

Uniswap Foundation said, “Last week, we announced that the first proposal to activate Uniswap Protocol Governance would be implemented on the blockchain today. “Last week, a stakeholder raised an issue with this study that needed further investigation,” he said.

Due to this issue, it was decided to postpone staking rewards in UNI. UNI price is down nearly 10% on a daily basis, according to TradingView data.

“This was unexpected and we apologize for this delay,” Uniswap Foundation said. "We will inform you when we clarify the time period," it was said.
