The SEC is rushing issuers of spot Ethereum ETFs with amendments to Form S-1. Nate Gerasi, president of investment advisory firm ETF Store, writes that the regulator is asking for updated S-1 forms to be filed by Friday. That is today.
This does not mean that the forms will be approved next week. Most likely, after this, the SEC will provide its comments and then, probably, issuers will file new amendments.
BUT this means that the regulator is not going to delay the process for months. And I am determined to work on the issue promptly.
