Why do people say that people are useless when they work in KTV?

I am a nightclub leader, so I will answer this indirectly.

I used to work in a foot massage parlor.

It is similar to KTV, and it is difficult to recruit technicians.

There is a routine:

Recruit cashiers and consultants, recruit like crazy. Recruit young and beautiful ones.

Monthly salary of 3500 + some messy bonuses.

Generally, within half a year. More than half of these cashiers and consultants will be transformed into foot massage technicians.

Mental journey: I am prettier and younger than these technicians. I work longer hours and harder (cashiers work in two shifts, and consultants have to stand downstairs to work), but I earn much less than them.

And then, there is more, everyone can imagine it.

When she easily earns thousands of yuan a night from the table fee and wine commission, she will not go out to work hard for a few thousand yuan/month in ordinary jobs.

When the customer hugs her and lies to his wife at home that he is working overtime in a meeting, she will not believe in love anymore.

When she returns to her hometown for the holidays and sees that her childhood academic masters earn less than she does, she will no longer believe that studying and hard work can make her rich.

When the girls around her are all high-end bags and clothing, and have high-end beauty treatments every month, she will not be able to develop the habit of saving money.

But their external identities are always cashiers/consultants/waiters.

I hope every girl can stick to being a real cashier.
