BlackRock is close to becoming the world's largest Bitcoin fund. Since its launch four months ago, BlackRock's spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund has acquired $16.7 billion in assets, less than $1 billion behind market leader Grayscale, which has a 10-year and $28 billion lead. BlackRock COO Rob Goldstein revealed that entering the Bitcoin market is a multi-year, very deliberate journey aimed at bringing BlackRock's institutional quality into this ecosystem.
