$ICP Ecological Introduction of ICP Governance Canister

Introduction:

ICP Governor is a decentralized governance solution built on the Internet Computer (IC) and is designed to be familiar with existing systems based on Compound's GovernorAlpha contract. The ICP regulator consists of three components: a regulator can, an ICRC-1 compatible extended ledger can, and an easy-to-use front end. Together, these components allow the community to propose, vote, and implement changes based on votes from ICRC-1 token holders. Proposals can modify system parameters or automatically call external containers.

Functions:

1. When there are enough tokens above the DAO-wide threshold, the delegator can create a proposal

2. Delegators can vote on proposals with any token, and there is no voting threshold

3. The voting weight of each delegator is equal to its token balance

4. Delegators can queue up proposals that reach the DAO-wide quorum for execution

5. The time waiting in line for the execution of the proposal will be locked until the time within the specified DAO range exceeds

Goals:

1. It makes sense to expand ICP Governor to a mature DAO platform, allowing multiple DAOs to be managed and accessed from it.

2. Based on ICP Governor, it is extended to allow voting with ERC-20 tokens and further execute on-chain proposals on the EVM chain.
