On April 19, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued a motion for certification of a class action lawsuit against Binance, accusing it of selling cryptocurrency derivatives to retail investors without registration. The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) stated that the investigation into Binance is still ongoing.
