ChainCatcher reported that according to The Block, during the two-day "SEC Speech" event hosted by the Practicing Law Institute, Grewal, the agency's director of enforcement, conducted an in-depth discussion on the crypto industry for about 15 minutes.

Grewal said, "Over the past decade, the SEC has investigated serious violations in the crypto industry and many, many creative attempts by market participants to circumvent the SEC's jurisdiction, and the SEC is regulating through law enforcement."
