Due to BTC Halving is coming, we will see less buy pressure from the usual users of BTC.

This is because, a person who is gonna buy a apartment with Bitcoin to avoid tax, not likely willing to pay higher fee during the transaction. As halving is coming, many people will tend to stay away from doing real life transactions with Bitcoin.

BTC halving technically not intended to increase the network fee. But it will reduce the number of rewards per block for the miner. So many miner will stop mining. This will cause transactions delay and higher fee for faster transactions.

This is a short term issue, as we seen previous times. But who will risk few millions for just avoiding tax? So we will not see big transactions in blockchain.

On the other hand, the investors won’t increase the investment due to halving, it’s not like if you buy 100k$ bitcoin before halving start and within a day you will double your money. Halving will gradually decrease the total supply of Bitcoin, so it will take time.

So we may see price gets stuck for a while. As BTC is the main hero of the movie, we will see significant less volume in other cryptocurrencies. I would say this is a good entry period. But most people say this is a danger zone. Because if BTC gonna crash, it’s a good time to crash. Like if all miners stop mining the transactions may get stuck forever.

No worries! Those are just a logic. Each exchange platform has their own mining system to speed up transactions. Good example can be Binance and Coinbase.

Even my company has a secret mining facility underground (to secure our transactions in case government somehow take control of all miners). I guess there are thousands more companies like us.

So no worries, BTC gonna replace USD and become most reliable currency for international trade soon.
