1. Mainstream exchange news:
● Goldman Sachs ended its bearish stance on Coinbase, upgrading the stock to neutral from sell. The bank also raised its Coinbase stock price target to $282 from $170.
● eToro, an online brokerage for cryptocurrency and stock trading, is seeking an IPO at a valuation of more than $3.5 billion, with eToro considering either New York or London.
● Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, and KuCoin had no new currency listing announcements over the weekend;
2. Mainstream projects & hot event trends:
● Uniswap announced that it will soon launch v4 version. v4 will be the most strictly audited code on Ethereum. Its release roadmap includes code freezing, auditing and testnet phases.
● Uniswap V3 Fees: Factory Owner amendment was rejected with 59.89% opposition rate. This amendment is intended to amend Uniswap V3 Factory owners to allow the DAO to make future changes to the fee mechanism.
● Circle cross-chain transfer protocol CCTP will be launched on the Solana main network on March 26, and Circle will issue an additional 250 million USDC on the Solana network on March 11.
● Arbitrum (ARB) is about to usher in a huge amount of unlocking: 1.11 billion tokens will be unlocked at 9 pm on March 16, worth approximately US$2.32 billion, accounting for 76.62% of the circulating supply.
● Dogwifhat (WIF) community users plan to raise US$650,000 to run ads on the Las Vegas Sphere for a week, and so far the plan has raised more than US$257,000.
● Jupiter’s first phase of LFG voting has ended. Zeus Network and SharkyFi became the first batch of launched projects. A total of 175,000 voters participated in the voting. Voters will receive rewards weighted according to their voting rights based on active staking rewards.

● DePIN investment and hardware manufacturing group JDI Group and Tensor jointly invested US$20 million to establish the Phoenix AI Ecosystem Fund, aiming to accelerate the development of the Phoenix AI application ecosystem and invest in AI computing infrastructure hardware.
4. Regulatory information updates:
● The Hong Kong Monetary Authority plans to establish a wholesale-level central bank digital currency (wCBDC) sandbox by the end of June. The first phase will test the inter-bank settlement and settlement of tokenized deposits.
