There is another address suspected to be a market maker for Binance's new mining project PORTAL (not yet identified to a specific institution) that has withdrawn tokens worth 6.07 million USD from Bybit, currently holding 2.04 million VIRTUAL (approximately 8.05 million USD), making it the 38th largest holding address.
