How can you create a red envelope in the Binance app?
1. Log in to your Binance app and tap on the [Pay] icon. Select [Fund Transfer Campaign].
2. Select a recipient [Enter their ID].
3. Confirm the payment details and click [Confirm].
4. Tap send funds and earn.
5. Confirm the payment details and click [Confirm].
6. Perform verification with access key or 2FA to confirm the payment.
