Don't trust colleague friendships
Colleagues, people you work with.
It's hard to have true friendships; if you are lucky enough to encounter one, cherish it well.
Between colleagues, maintaining basic work communication is enough.
On one hand, work can change at any time, and once there is no work intersection, the relationship can become distant.
On the other hand, colleagues are also natural competitors, and when faced with conflicts of interest, most will not give up their own benefit for the sake of others.
In everything, keep 70% and leave 30%; just ensure you don't deceive or harm others. Listen to colleagues but don't take their words too seriously.
If you don't have expectations of them, you won't be disappointed.
