Does the judicial freeze require evidence from the person?

You wouldn't even dare to imagine, do you know how he has spent these three years? He just made some money trading at the exchange, which resulted in all his accounts being frozen, and even his WeChat, Alipay, and phone card were suspended by the public security authorities. Last weekend, a lawyer friend shared with me a case of someone whose cryptocurrency withdrawal was frozen.
This person was trading cryptocurrency in 2021 and selling USDT, receiving illicit funds, which led to his accounts being judicially frozen, and it has remained frozen until now. The freezing authority never allowed him to go to them, and he didn't go either; he didn't manage it. At the time of the freeze, he only called the freezing authority once and learned that the funds he received were from a first-level involved account, meaning it was directly linked to a crime, as the victim directly transferred money to him, causing all his accounts to be suspended. Shortly thereafter, his WeChat, Alipay, and phone card were also suspended.
In such situations, it is usually because he is on a dual-account punishment list, or he has been placed on a total freeze, and separately, his WeChat, Alipay, and phone card have been blocked.
When encountering such situations, the lawyer's advice is that there is no need to wait; even if they unfreeze your accounts, without an explanation of the situation, you cannot solve the restrictions on other accounts. To restore normalcy, you should first go to the local anti-fraud center to check which list you are on. If it’s only a total freeze, then you need to quickly go to the relevant authority in another region to handle the unfreezing and obtain a statement indicating no involvement in the case. Then, take the statement and relevant materials back to your local anti-fraud center to submit the materials and lift the corresponding restrictions.
