Teaching a person to fish is better than giving them fish; whether to have fish or the skill to catch fish, weigh the pros and cons yourself.

Any materials in the picture are pieced together by me temporarily, with no reference value, only for learning use.

I will explain some of the most classic and practical formations for everyone's learning and exchange. If I make a mistake, please forgive me and correct me.

The first type U formation

The U formation is relatively common; generally after a significant pullback, it starts to stabilize and then restarts, this U formation will basically appear.

It's best to use the daily line for this formation; if you don't use the daily line 👀, it basically has no reference value or significance.

The second type W formation

The W formation is relatively classic, generally appearing after a double bottom structure, the probability of taking off again will be very high. Remember this W formation.

After the double bottom structure is formed, there is only one direction, which is up. As for how much it will rise, that depends on the specific market conditions and momentum.

The third type M formation

M means double top, means the market is over, means it will fall afterward. When you see this formation appear, try to avoid trading, try to rest, control your hands! Of course, shorting is completely fine.

A graph found temporarily, drawn temporarily, so it is not very standardized; as long as it is understandable and useful for learning, that is enough, it's not that professional.

The fourth type WM formation

The fourth type of formation is a bit complicated, and when you see this formation, remain neutral; it's best not to easily take action, ideally do not engage in long or short positions.

The fifth type of formation commonly known as bulldozer.

This type of formation gradually pushes up, like sesame blossoms rising high, an old lady climbing stairs, this formation can be played; the key point of this formation is that it rises slowly and steadily. If it falls, it will be a direct slaughter, easily leading to a super Mario.

Dense trading area

I will find a few for you, pay attention to them yourself, do not 🙅🏻‍♂️ trade in the area, these are just teaching materials, not strategies.

If you encounter such a high-level trading consolidation, it can generally be intervened in, and the subsequent performance will be quite good.

High-level consolidation formation

These are the commonly used formations; high-level consolidation generally will not fall, and there will be a significant stretch afterward.

This is a graph made from materials found temporarily, only for learning reference and exchange. It is not a strategy, not a strategy, not a strategy.
