buy when btc falls but it's better altcoin if you don't have capital

I keep injecting more money into my wallet but I see it going down quite a bit. I'm trying to understand this but I still want to know more about how to earn something here. I see that I'm only losing and keeping the money without activity. Could someone help? They could leave their social network, I don't understand how everything that appears in my wallet works.
