Market volatility, these are dangerous times, in my experience you should identify the resistance and support zones

I can't figure it out when to sell and when to buy. For example in the morning the rate of $BNB was 680 and in the afternoon it was on 719$ but I thought the amount will increase. Few minutes later, it has drop down to the same position. Should I hold is BNB a lost project ?? I do know less about trading as I'm new.
